目的
:病棟でがん看護に携わる看護師におけるがん看護に関する困難感の実態と関連する要因を明らかにする。方法 :月に10人以上のがん患者の入院がある病棟の看護師 210名 (30人 ×7病棟 )に 無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った 。結果 :【Ⅰ.コミュニケーションに関すること】の困難感が最も高かった。新人看護師は【Ⅰ.コミュニケーションに関すること 】の得点が有意に高かった。中堅看護師は【Ⅲ.医師の治療や対応に関すること 】~【Ⅵ.看取りに関すること 】の得点が有意に高かった 。がん看護経験が浅い看護師は【Ⅰ.コミュニケーションに関すること 】【Ⅱ.自らの知識・技術に関すること】の得点 が有意に高かった。考察 :新人看護師にはコミュニケーションに関する教育 中堅看護師には専門職自律性への働きかけもふまえた他職種 連携や看取りに関する教育 がん看護経験が浅い看護師にはコミュニケーションや知識 ・ 技術に関する教育が必要である。 |

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to clarify difficulties and related factors of oncology nursing in hospital wards. Method: The subjects were 210 nurses, at wards where more than 10 oncology patients are admitted per month (30 nurses x 7 wards). They were given a self-administered anonymous questionnaire to complete. Results: The highest level of difficulty was ‘Ⅰ. Communication’. Novice nurses scored significantly higher on ‘I. Communication’. While mid-career nurses scored significantly higher on ‘Ⅲ. Collaboration with doctor’ to ‘Ⅵ. Death and dying’. Nurses with limited experience in oncology nursing scored significantly higher on ‘Ⅰ. Communication’ and ‘Ⅱ. Knowledge and skill’. Discussion: Novice nurses require education on communication, while mid-career nurses require education on cooperation with other professions and end-of-life care, which includes encouraging professional autonomy and, nurses with limited experience in oncology nursing require education on communication, and knowledge and skills. |
