In the first part of paper, the character and outline of the learning support system are discussed.  This system has the exercise mode and the test mode.  Both modes of the system offer the course in “character and vocabulary\", “grammar\" and “listening\".  In the second part, examples of operating the support system are shown.  The learning support environment is described using programming language C++ on a personal computer.
