We have constructed a MRFM probe for the X-band ESR at the room temperature, all main components shielded from air at high vacuum of 10-6 Torr. Under the magnetic field of permanent, the increase of magnetization (ΔM~10-6 emu) has been measured for the magnetite (Fe3O4) sample, which is located on the top of the cantilever. The detection of the magnetic force is attained by the measurements of AC or DC displacements of a cantilever, measured by the interferometer technique using the infrared laser of λ~1.310 μm.}, title = {磁気共鳴力顕微鏡の設計と構築}, year = {2005} }
