and endoscopic cooperative surgery, LECS)は,胃粘膜下腫瘍に対する手術療法として広まってきている。正確な範囲診断と過不足のない切除が可能となり,従来の胃局所切除に比べ術後の胃の変形を最小限にできることで,術後QOLの向上が期待される。敦賀医療センターでは2012年4月よりを導入し,2016年9月までに6例に施行した。平均手術時間199.5士38.2分,平均出血量26 ml(中央値0 ml),摘出腫瘍長径30.0 ± 8.7 mm,摘出腫瘍は消化管間質腫瘍(gastrointestinal stromal tumor, GIST)5例,平滑筋種1例であり,平均在院日数は9.5 ±
