Staphylococcus aureus(以下、MRSA)肺炎においてはその値が400以上必要と報告されている。我々は、現在のVCM治療域濃度の妥当性を評価するため、トラフ濃度とAUC_24との関係、さらにAUC_24/MICの要素であるMICについて調査した。 福井大学医学部附属病院においてVCMが投与された成人患者188名を対象とし、ベイジアン法を用いて求めた推定動態パラメータから定常状態におけるAUC_24を算出した。その結果、トラフ濃度と算出したAUC_24は、y=25.60x+124.39の回帰式で示された。得られた回帰式、並びにMRSA臨床分離株のMIC分布(MIC_50 1.5μg/mL, MIC_90
