人の幼児とその保護者を対象に、お手伝い実践を推奨する食教育支援による効果を検討した。事前調査(64人、回収率38.6%)、年齢別のお手伝いの実践を推奨する「食育だより」や子どもと一緒に記入できる「お手伝いチェックシート」の配布、事後調査(51人、回収率30.7%)を実施した。その結果、保護者の食環境設定への意識は高くなった。週3回以上お手伝いを実践した幼児は、28.1%から41.2%に増加した。お手伝い実践群59.2%の幼児では非実践群40.8%より、嫌いな食べ物が食べられるようになった者が多く、その内容は豆・大豆製品、野菜類で顕著であった。食教育支援により、幼児の食事の食べ方を変化させ、野菜類嫌いを軽減させたことが示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"福井大学教育・人文社会系部門","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_relation_17":{"attribute_name":"関連サイト","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_language":"ja","subitem_relation_name_text":"福井大学教育学部
