Continuous frequency tunable gyrotron is required to obtain maximum enhancement of NMR sensitivity. We have developing fundamental oscillation gyrotron by using a 15 T superconducting magnet. The deveploped prototype gyrotoron (Gyrotron FU CW VI) has the tunability of 1.6 GHz and the output power exceed about 10W. 内容記述 | A dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) method which improves the sensitivity of the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy by high power irradiation of sub-millimeter wave is expected to analyze the structures of complex proteins.
