In comparison with the effect of the difference of the component element content on cavitation erosion resistance, following facts were clarified. Cavitation erosion resistance of the duplex stainless steels and the super duplex stainless steels in the distilled water and P.I. value which showed the corrosion-resistance did not show the good correlation.
